I'm guessing it's either a Driftito or just a beater.
Can't imagine anyone with sense driving around on that wheel. Tho, thank god it's not a drive wheel.

Someday when I see the owner of a stock 240 in a parking lot, I'm going to ask them how many times a week they get offers to buy it from Los Doriftos.

Almost looks like the 240's missing spoke has paint/plastidip on it? Is it really there or am I seeing things?

Yeah, but it's supposed to do the steering. Anyway, I can't see why anyone with their brain intact would drive around like that.

missing an awful lot of weights here, though I know kinja is going to put my annotation in the sky somewhere

If you look really closely, expanding the image, you can see the spoke is still there

It definitely has seen a drift day. Hes lowered, and this other shot i took of him while doing random shots one day shows the clear car number painted on the windscreen, upper left. Its a pretty clean car otherwise. No dings or dents. for a 240 thats drifts, im impressed.

I sure wouldn't.
And I frequently leave half of my brain at home when I go out.

Im leaving him a note on his car next time he parks next to me. Becausedriftcar is never an excuse for broken wheels.

I see it too, but I think we're both being tricked lol.

Driftrito.
Makes me feel better about that wheel, makes me think it probably happened at a recent event and he's just not rich or sponsored enough to replace them right away

Leave a note for him saying that he can get a stock wheel with a good tire for $15 at Pull-A-Part... Even if it doesn't match his car, having one wheel smaller/bigger than the rest is still much safer than only having three and a half wheels at all.
Also, if he has a good spare in his trunk he's a moron.

hes a drift car! No spare tires allowed!
But im gonna leave a note next time i see him for sure.
